Once you have received a session from any of our practitioners normal rates apply, even if that session was gifted to you.
Normal Pricing for Individual Bodywork & Massage Sessions:
These sessions can include any combination of energy work, therapeutic bodywork, and clinical massage techniques.

That’s why we created our intro rate where you get a 60 minute session for $55*. You can book one of those here. This allows you to try us out with very little risk to assure we’re a good fit. Then, if you love our work but our rates don’t feel accessible you can always check out our bodywork memberships page for information on how you can see us more frequently & save.

Wondering how our Shamanic Herbalism & Intuitive Readings work?
Gabrielle offers 60 minute sessions to first time clients exploring astrology, tarot, & shamanic herbalism. You can sign up for one of these sessions here. These sessions are potent stand alone containers with deep value just on their own - and if you enjoy your session and want to work with her further she offers a 3 month signature program that you can read more about here: Renewal.
Curious about our transaction fees?
We add a 5% fee to all card transactions. This fee covers the card processing fees from the company who handles our payments (which are hefty these days) - there are ZERO fees for paying us in cash or a local check. We highly encourage our community to do this - paying in cash keeps money in our local communities and cuts out the middle man.
Wondering About Tipping?
Tipping is customary in our industry and 20% is considered the norm. That being said, your presence is present enough for us and we salute you for being dedicated to your self care and for shopping local. If you have the means to do these things and also tip- it does offset the rising cost of inflation etc and helps our employees enormously. If you can be generous, and love the work you received, we encourage you to do what your heart guides you to do.
Wondering if we have gift Certificates available?
We do! You can purchase gift certificates at our normal single session rates listed above at any time of the year by clicking the gift cards tab in our site menu (or during seasonal promotions we sometimes rename this tab).

How does our booking system work?
Our booking system is set up for Hayden only at this time. Be guided through our booking process now at this link. If you’d like to be seen for your first session at our Sandpoint office please call us at (208) 274-3489 or message us using the message us here button at the bottom of the page. If you have any trouble with our booking system please call/text us and we will get you sorted!

Not sure who to work with?
You can work with anyone at our clinic - even see multiple practitioners at once. Check out our practitioners page to see who we are and who might be a good fit for you. Still not sure, or just wanting some help? Call us at (208) 274-3489 and we’ll help find your perfect fit.
Wondering what to wear to an in person session?
Some of our modalities require your clothing to be removed (don’t worry we practice safe and ethical draping with cozy high quality sheets - only the piece of the body that is being worked on will ever be undraped - everything else will remain safely covered.)
And some of our modalities you keep your clothing on for. For these we recommend that you come wearing loose fitting soft materials (think something along the lines of sweats or jammies). Nothing tight, and no super thick fabrics.
Curious if we take insurance?
The simple answer is no. There are too many variables with how our insurance system is currently set up and we just can’t allocate the time to bill so many different companies. We would prefer to be focused on your well-being. We can provide a super bill for massage sessions and you can bill your own insurance. We do still expect payment up front in these cases.
If you’d like a better price, come see us more often! We have memberships that reward our clients most dedicated to putting in the hours towards their wellness.
